As I was working, I left the half face with only lips, feeling how the morning after the election it really was all about the talk and the coffee. And the drawing was fine, but it wasn't enough. I finally went into it with the red chalk, and then whited out most of it, leaving just a residue and a mark on the lips. Effaced a bit of the coffee cup too, since it only counted somewhat. The red ended up counting more than the figure and forms.
